THE WSLCB has strict rules and enforcement policies toward I502 product returns and exchanges.

It is Herbn Elements policy to only allow returns on cartridges

Cartridge returns are permitted at ANY time, with no restriction on when it was purchased, accompanied with purchase receipt.

In their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

Contaminated products such as a large hair in a Bud or moldy edibles can be returned as well but require approval from our Store Manager at the time of return.

Contaminated products must be returned:

• Within 2 days of original purchase with receipt
• In their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

We will process your return and refund the total amount cash due. You are free to make another purchase if you so choose. We do not swap out items, we refund the amount due.
